The gîte.

The gîte, with a capacity of 15 persons (4 rooms and 2 dormitories) is classified "2 épis", with green space, a car park and sight on the peaks of "Massif des Écrins" mountain range.

It is located in the small quiet hamlet "Pre Clot", 5 minutes from St Christophe en Oisans and 15 minutes from La Bérarde.

We offer several options :

• Overnight stay in a dormitory
• Room / breakfast
• Half Board Room and dorm
• Full board

Dining options include a family-style kitchen, as well as a snack bar.
A set meal in the evening, and on Sundays specialties from the Oisans, booking required.

Open from June to the end of September, the gîte is the ideal destination for a hiking, climbing, via-ferrata and white water stay.

A bit of history.

Restored by Yolande and Charles Tairraz, the Gîte les ARIAS welcomed it's first clients in February 1994.
It was installed in the walls of an old family sheepfold.
The building has been in the maternal side of the family for several generations.

The original double vault of the sheepfold has been preserved.
This very spacious room hosts the dining room as well as the bar area.
In the old barn, 3 bedrooms with bathroom/toilet, have been created.
In the loft, in what was called "the fenil" (place where the hay was kept)
2 dormitories and a bedroom for 3 people were created.
