PETALS IN THE SKY - WATER GODDESS - HEADGEAR IX (2021)This is a one of a kind piece of wearable art made for the Five and Diamond Ninth Annual Headgear Art Show and shown on June 18, 2021. All Petals Pieces are made by hand. Each contains over 300 pieces of individual fabric. My current works are called the Shiva Collection. They are each inspired by the Status of the Hindu God Shiva (The remover of Obstacles, God of Dance). Each piece has a series of outer rings the rings symbolize the circle of life
